I love the food here—and surprisingly, so does my picky daughter! My favorite is the hot and sour soup; it’s always flavorful and satisfying. They've recently moved to a larger location, which is nice, but it’s still very popular—we waited about 40 minutes. The menu has changed a bit, but overall, it's still solid. Would you like it to sound more casual or more professional?

This place is amazing! Busy all the time so give yourself plenty of waiting time. We got there at 3pm on a Saturday and had to wait about an hour and a half. Service was super friendly and the soup dumplings were to die for! Same goes for the garlic green beans. Our waitress was awesome and gave us tips on re-heating the leftovers too. We definitely ordered way more than we needed, but I was so good later that night too.

Din Tai Fung’s famous soup dumplings are always a highlight. I was also pleasantly surprised by their rice cakes and spicy wontons in chili oil. But the real standout for me was the green milk tea. It was honestly the best I’ve had from any of their locations. I loved it so much, I had to order a second one!

As a vegetarian, I wasn’t sure what to expect at Din Tai Fung, but I was pleasantly surprised! The menu had several delicious vegetarian options that didn’t feel like an afterthought. The vegetarian dumplings were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, and the vegetable fried rice was light, fragrant, and satisfying. I also loved the spicy cucumber salad—so refreshing and packed with just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food whether you eat meat or not!

I've been eating at DTFs around the world and this one tops the list. The food was excellent as well as the service. We were a vegan/Vegetarian bunch and had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We ordered the following and all were really good * Cucumber salad * Green beans * Sauteed bokchoy * Spicy wontons * Veg dimsums * Noodles in spicy sauce Would request management to add a vegan Xian long bao as well

Our birthday party had a wonderful time here. Food is amazing, service is great. The ordering process is a little bit confusing though. Unfortunately there was one thing that made us upset. There wasn't any dessert or even a candle offered to our birthday girl. A great place, but probably not the best to celebrate a birthday.

This is the Disney World of dumplings for me and my husband. We definitely over ate but that’s okay. If you can make a reservation, I highly recommend it. We did not and put our name down and had a few hours to kills before we were seated. The mall is attached, so it was no problem at all for us to wait that long. You’ll get a text when your table is ready. Our waitress was wonderful and very helpful since it was our first time dining there. They do ask about any food allergies, which is appreciated. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The star of our meal beside the xiao long baos were the green beans. We ordered several rounds of the dumplings and got the red bean & mochi xiao long bao for dessert. The drinks were also phenomenal. The lychee mojito is refreshing and the old fashioned had a nice flavor profile. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back again!

One of my favorite spots in Bellevue! Din Tai Fung never disappoints. This location has a beautiful, premium ambiance that adds to the overall dining experience. The service was courteous and professional. The wait time was a bit on the longer side, but totally worth it. The food was excellent — every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch Asian cuisine. Loved everything about it!
